Abstract :
This article has been retracted at the request of the chief editor(s) and authorʹs thesis advisor. Please see . Reason: It has been published without the advisorʹs knowledge or permission (the research was carried out in his laboratory). The article has in fact been submitted to, and is being considered for publication in, another journal. The Guide for Authors of Journal of Food Engineering states that publication of an article must be approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out. As this is not the case, publication must be retracted.
