  • Abstract
    The development of highly creep resistant magnesium alloys is presented. Operating temperatures of 300°C are envisaged. The alloy systems studied are binary Mg–Sc, Mg–Gd and ternary Mg–Sc–Mn and quaternary Mg–Sc–Ce–Mn, Mg–Gd–Sc–Mn and Mg–Y–Sc–Mn.
