Abstract :
In this paper, a method of hollow cathode penetrating arc welding technology is presented in detail. In the vacuum condition, hollow cathode penetrating arc welding technology differs from fusion arc welding technology in better weld formation and narrower welds, as well as a larger technology margin. The weld formation of titanium alloys is preliminarily analyzed. Also, the welding technology margin is calculated and compared. Finally, initial study conclusions are addressed.
