Finite element analysis of the prestress wire-winding press

With the development of super-hard materials and high pressure forming technology, the prestress wire-winding structure had been widely used in manufacturing industry, especially in the automobile manufacturing field. In this study, the finite element method has been used to analyze the stress and the deformation within the prestress wire-winding press structure, the analysis result of which can help in the design and optimization of the prestress wire-winding structure. Further, this technology can help to prepare the equipment requirements for the rapid and flexible automobile deck part manufacturing technology that is based on laser forming and manufacturing technology.
