Abstract :
In this paper, the mathematical model of the multi-pass rolling is proposed. The problem of non-isothermal metal forming during multi-pass rolling in grooved rolls had been solved with using of the finite-element method. As example the computer modeling results of the angle steelimage mm during rolling for 6th passes are discussed. To take into account the changes of plastic properties of the rolled metal during its deformation in a roll gap as well as in the time between passes the rheological model have been developed on the base of the dislocation theory of plastic deformation.
