Abstract
Magnetic properties are compared in the paper of the toroidal magnetically soft cores made from the amorphous strip with the cobalt matrix Co68Fe4Mo1Si13.5B13.5 from the nanocrystalline powders made in the high-energy milling process of amorphous strips with cobalt matrix, and from nanocomposites with the silicon polymer reinforced with the cobalt alloy nanocrystalline powders. The effect of the isothermal annealing of the amorphous strips on magnetic properties of the toroidal cores made from solid strips is presented. Moreover, the high-energy milling process conditions effect on the soft magnetic properties of the powder material is presented, as well as the influence of the silicon matrix fraction on magnetic and mechanical properties of the composite cores.
