A proposal of the servo-driven high-speed surface motor

Surface motor is studied very much as a motor driven with an easy structure in the two-dimensional drive. The drive speed of this motor, however, is not sufficient in comparison with the speed of the X–Y table. This paper describe about the need of the servo-driven high-speed surface motor.
