Abstract :
In order to make the best rusability of automobile panel dies with partial physical lacuna or fatigue abrasion, a technique coupling disfigurement feature extraction and FEM analysis is proposed and rapidly digital repairing automobile panel dies is realized. Applying feature inducement technique, the original basic feature morphology of the disfigurement die is resumed based on extracting features from the point clouds of a die such as disfigurement edges and original morphology, etc. The basic feature morphology is rectified and the CAD model of the partial lacuna is repaired simulating dynamical pressing process. So that, the reliable foundation is provided for rapidly physically repairing automobile panel dies based on technologies such as laser welding and numerical control high-speed cutting.
