Uncertainty measure on fuzzy partitions

In this paper we face the problem of constructing the uncertainty (or perhaps expected information) of a fuzzy partition in terms of the crisp measures of its (alpha)-cuts. We solve the problem in the cases in which the measure is either compositive or branching.
