Abstract
Hyperon production mechanisms in antiproton annihilation on nuclei at low energy were investigated by using 7.8·105 inelastic View the MathML source annihilations events at View the MathML source. The full kinematical reconstruction of the binary hyperon production reactions View the MathML source and ωp→K+Λ was performed and it was found that View the MathML source- and ω-mesons are the main sources of hyperon production. The ωp→K+Λ cross section was estimated and Λ-hyperon polarization in the ωp→K+Λ reaction was studied.
