Abstract :
A simple and reproducible method has been developed for rapid estimation of total glucosinolates using complex formation between glucosinolates and tetracholoropalladate (II). A new approach to quantification has been applied. Because of the simplicity, rapidity and reproducibility, the method described offers an alternative for efficient estimation of total glucosinolates.
