Abstract
Constituent quark model is employed to estimate nucleon structure functions in the resonance region. Comparing with scaling structure functions given by QCD calculations or parameterizations in deep inelastic scattering region, we study onsets of quark–hadron duality for the nucleon structure functions F2 and g1. Local dualities in the first resonance region and second one are also analyzed. Moreover, we discuss local duality in elastic region.
