Thermal stability and IR spectra of indium(III) phosphates(V) obtained in solid state

Three indium(III) phosphates(V), i.e. In(PO3)3, In4(P2O7)3 and InPO4 have been obtained as a result of a solid-state reaction between In2O3 and (NH4)2HPO4. Melting temperatures and the products of thermal decomposition have been determined for the obtained indium(III) phosphates(V).
