Rapidity Asymmetry in pA and image Collisions Original Research Article

Rapidity and pseudorapidity asymmetries are investigated in pA in dAu collisions in close-to-midrapidity regions, |y|,|η|⩽1.5. Results obtained from our pQCD improved parton model calculations on neutral pion spectra are compared to pion data from FNAL-E706 measurement at View the MathML source and data on unidentified charged hadrons from STAR experiment at View the MathML source. This comparison allows us to study the strength of nuclear scattering and shadowing effects in the close-to-midrapidity region.
