Proton radioactivity from deformed drip–line nuclei is discussed. It is shown that all experimental data currently available on decay from ground and isomeric states, and fine structure of odd-even and odd–odd nuclei, can be interpreted within a consistent theoretical approach, the non–adiabatic quasi-particle model.
