Abstract
We precisely measured π0 branching ratios of 5ΛHe and 12ΛC hypernuclei produced via the (π+,K+) reaction. Using these π0 branching ratios with the π− branching ratios and lifetimes, we obtained the π0 decay widths and the non-mesonic weak decay widths with an accuracy of ∼5% (stat) for both hypernuclei.
