  • Abstract
    Recent results from the FINUDA experiment on the Mesonic Weak Decay (MWD) and Non-Mesonic Weak Decay (NMWD) channels of p-shell Λ-hypernuclei are presented and discussed. Magnetic analysis of π−ʹs from MWD was performed for the first time for View the MathML source, View the MathML source, View the MathML source and View the MathML source; decay rates were evaluated and a spin-parity assignment JP=3/2+ for View the MathML source ground-state was derived. An estimation of the contributions of both Final State Interactions (FSI) and two-nucleon induced (2N) decay processes was done, following a model independent approach.
