Optimization of the synthesis of polyurethane acrylates with polyester compounds

The optimization of the synthesis of polyurethane acrylates was studied based on a series of statistically designed experiments. A total number of 17 runs was carried out in order to evaluate the effects and interaction effects of three independent casting variables. With the aid of a optimization method, the optimum conditions for all casting variables were determined. The interaction between the experimental evaluation of algorithm behavior and the theoretical analysis of algorithm performance plays an important role in our research. The satisfactory performance of polyurethane acrylates indicates the feasibility of applying the results found in this study for the fabrication of polyurethane acrylates.
