Abstract :
The aim of this research was evaluation of individual-level factors affecting the performance of workers (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, OCB, public service motivation and ability of staff) of planning deputy of Gilan province by the descriptive method, and the head count method have been applied because of the limitation in the number of statistical society of research which was 90 individuals. Questionnaire tool and SPSS software were used for compiling and analysis of data, respectively. Descriptive statistical tables, Univariate regression statistical models and correlation matrix were used for description of variables in the individual-level factors. Findings show that between the “job satisfactions”, “Emotional commitment”, “public services motivation”, “organizational citizenship behavior” and “organizational performance” there are significant relationship. However there was no relationship between the “ability of workers” and their performances. In this research ranking of five variables based on the Friedman test show that public service motivation and the job satisfaction are in the first place, ability of workers in the second place and the OCB and organizational commitment are in the third place.
