Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived
quality of leader-member exchange (LMX), job satisfaction, organizationacommitment and organizational citizenship behavior among employees in Islamic
Azad University of Khoy. The research method in this study was Descriptive
(correlation) and the Population was Islamic Azad University of khoy employees
(N=110). Data collection tool were standardized questionnaires. Statisticamethods were used to analyze data are the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test andPearson correlation. The results showed that there is a significant relationship
between perceived quality of leader-member exchange, job satisfaction,
organizational citizenship behavior and job commitment among employees in
Islamic Azad University of Khoy branch.
