Abstract :
The importance of innovation for the survival of organizations in the current environment is accepted. Innovation is not just creativity, but it is a management capability. Just like the quality, the innovation process should be managed. This process involves several steps from sense of need to make an idea and then creating a product or service to meet the needs of the assumptions that have been proven. Although most organizations are aware of the importance of rapid response to changing market conditions, but they could not be designed to be able to perform it. Each organization must meet agility in order to provide the internal and external needs, In such business environment, almost any organization can survive without agility, the ability to meet customer demands on time and high quality.
