Towards Healthy Organizations: The Use of Organization Development in Academic Libraries Original Research Article

Two surveys assess use of organization development (OD) in Association of Research Libraries. Analysis presents organizational, deansʹ, and staff professionalsʹ perspectives on OD use. The study is the first broad analysis of academic library OD use and supports the concept of the “healthy organization.”
