Abstract :
This study was conducted to compare the efficiency of the education system in accordance with the school’s elected and appointed leaders in the city of Urmia. The research method is descriptive and survey. The population of this study are both male and female teachers in different grades of parts one and two of Urmia Education which by using of the Morgan table 300 of teachers, 150 male and 150 female teachers were randomly selected and completed questionnaires efficacy manager. To analyzing the hypothesis of this study in the descriptive part of the frequency tables and diagrams, standard deviation, tilt, strain, frequency of precedent and in the Mann-Whitney U test was used inferential. The results indicate that there are differences in various aspects of selecting and appointing directors. This difference has been more flexibility in the regulation and enforcement of directives, to solve teachers’ current problems and students’ educational problems, Friendly healthy relationships and using of educational aids and resources that selective management of male and female teachers in all educational levels are commenting in greater percentage. Also there was no difference between participation in making educational decisions in the institution in management of elective and appointive and there was no significant difference between comments of male and female teachers in the recruitment and appointment management.
