Abstract :
The spectroscopic properties of Dy3+ ions in CaTiO3 perovskite were measured and analyzed. The influence of dopant concentration on luminescence properties of the samples were investigated. The energy levels of Dy3+ ions in CaTiO3, the CIE 1931 chromatic coordinates of emission and also the cross-relaxation factor were obtained. The most intensive emission was observed for the sample doped with 1% of Dy3+.
