Abstract
A new chemical process has been developed to form a low voltage varistor. The chemistry of process has been analysed and used to produce particles consisting of an intimate mix of ZnO, Zn2TiO4 and β-Bi2O3 phases. The powder was used to produce low-voltage varistor with useful electrical properties.
