Abstract
The lattice parameters of rhombohedral graphite-like boron nitride (rBN) have been measured in the 298–1073 K temperature range to 6.1 GPa using energy- and angle-dispersive powder diffraction with synchrotron radiation. From the obtained p–V–T data thermoelastic parameters of rBN were derived by fitting a modified high-temperature Birch–Murnaghan equation of state.
