Abstract
The first structurally characterised tantalum(V) diethylhydroxylamide, [Ta(= O)(ONEt2)3]2, is reported. Structural analysis reveals a dimer with bridging oxygen atoms and η2-O,N chelated hydroxylamido ligands.
