Abstract :
In this work, we obtained a novel three-dimensional acylamide MOF, namely Zn(L) (BPDC)·H2O(1, BPDC2 − = biphenyl-4,4′-dicarboxylate, L = N,N′-diphenyl-terephthalamide) by solvo(hydro)thermal method. This polymer was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry and solid-state luminescence analysis. The outstanding structural feature of compound 1 is 4-connected dia net with uncommon 10-fold interpenetration in the [5 + 5] manner.
