Copper(II) complexes of unsymmetric compartmental ligands bearing adjacent {N2O}, {N,S,O} donor sets and {N2O}, {N,O} donor sets

The unsymmetric compartmental proligands HL2, HL5 and HL6 bearing adjacent {N2O}, {N,S,O} donor sets and {N2O}, {N,O} donor sets have given the dinuclear copper (II) complexes [Cu2(L2)(OMe)(NCS)2], 1, [Cu2(L5)(OMe)(NCS)2], 2, and [Cu2(L6)(OMe)(NCS)2], 3. The crystal structures of these complexes are reported.
