Abstract :
A novel silver complex bearing a rectangle metallomacrocyclic structure has been obtained by reaction of 1,3-bis(pyrrol-2-yl-methyleneamino)propane (L) with silver nitrate, which displayed photoluminescence feature in both solution and the solid state.
