Abstract :
A novel organic–inorganic hybrid based on heteropolyvanadate with manganese central atom and unusual 1:13 stoichiometry, K3(HABOB)4[MnV13O38] · 9H2O (1) (ABOB = N-amidino-4-morpholincarboxamidine) was prepared. X-ray structure analysis has revealed that compound 1 exhibits an interesting 2D layered network with a 1D tunnel. The 51V NMR spectrum indicates that the heteropolyanion with C2v symmetry, [MnV13O38]7−, is present in solution. And electrochemical behaviors of compound 1 have been investigated.
