Abstract :
The three-dimensional porous framework compound {(H3O)2[Fe2Mo3O13]}n (1) is constructed by self-aggregation of basic subunits of the 14.738(24) Å width one-dimensional belts, which are constructed from self-aggregation of hybrid iron α-molybdena basic units, indicating that a two-dimensional planarity is not an obligatory requirement for achieving the three-dimensional network, as long as the complementary construction mode such as the porous brick-wall mode between the subunits can be achieved.
