Abstract :
image, [crystal data: monoclinic, C2/c, a = 14.0687(12), b = 12.6223(10), c = 16.4367(12) Å, β = 92.001(6)°, V = 2917.0(4) Å3, Z = 4], a novel cyanide-bridging mixed-valence CuII/CuI coordination polymer was hydrothermally synthesized, and crystallographically characterized to be a 3D coordination network constructed from the interpenetrating double-layers containing the largest 36-membered M–CN–M rings and the strong Cu⋯Cu interactions. The present compound was characterized using IR and Elemental analysis, fluorescence spectrum and diffuse reflectance UV–Vis Spectrum.
