Abstract :
A 3D chiral coordination polymer, [Co3(hfipbb)2(D-Hcam)2(bpp)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (1) (H2hfipbb = 2,2-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane, D-H2cam = D-(+)camphoric acid, bpp = 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane), has been hydrothermally synthesized, which features an interesting 6-connected self-interpenetrating (44.610.8) topological network. There exists predominantly antiferromagnetic interaction between the Co(II) centers in 1.
