Comparative study of Co-axis model impact on Food and Pharmaceutical Industries

The objective of this research is to study of co-axis model between environmental risk ,company strategy and capital structure on companies’ performance in Food and Pharmaceutical Industries in Iran Stock Exchange .This model studies the relationship between environmental risks ,companies’ strategy and capital structure on performance of companies. In this research the said variables in time limit of 80 to 90 have been calculated .The results of the research that the variables of co-axis model including environmental risk ,company strategy and capital structure ,all effect in a way upon performance of Food and Pharmaceutical industries…it shows the results of a high variance in performance of Food and Pharmaceutical industries companies that are explained through co-axis model between environmental risk ,company strategy and capital structure .In other words , use of this model has a positive impact upon the performance of Food and Pharmaceutical industries companies .The results indicated that there is not any significant difference between performance of these two industries.
