Critical thrust force at propagation of delamination zone due to drilling of FRP/metallic strips

A critical thrust force at propagation of delamination zone due to drilling of an infinite FRP/metallic strip is obtained by the definition of energy release rate. The critical thrust force is derived in terms of the size of the delamination zone. The differences of the results by the previous and present methods are discussed.
