The study of existing program and design talent identification suggestions in soccer players in Khuzestan

The purpose of this research was study the existing programs and designs talent identification solutions in soccer. Three researchers mad valid and reliable. Questionnaires were divided among soccer players (n=100), coaches (n=18) and sport managers (n=28). In this study variables such as existing talent identification in the world and Iran, the necessity of talent identification model in Iran, age and criterions for talent identification and methods, The responsible organizations for talent identification, selection development and perfection in athletics, and priority of different structural, physiological, socio- psychological, technical and physical fitness parameters in athletics were studied. Also correlation between views of coaches, athletes and sport managers were evaluated. Descriptive statistics, frequency, cumulative frequency, percentage calculations and tables were used for analyze the data. Data showed that most of subject believed that talent identification model and program is vital and necessary, and stated that 8-12 years the best ages for talent identification in soccer. Also analysis of data showed that Ministry of Education the most important organization for talent identification and stated that priority of parameter for soccer players are structural, physical fitness, technical, physiological and socio- psychological.
