Abstract :
Most people in some societies regard sport as a commodity, and they ignore its importance in economic development and the better distribution of incomes. Although sport needs high infrastructure costs, these costs can never be put together with the consuming expenses. Nowadays, as the national incomes are spent for sports, one can observe the capital return directly or indirectly, in short-term or long-term courses in various sports. By investing in sport, the occupation will increase directly or indirectly, and besides that, the income will also grow through holding international competitions and tourist attraction apart from the society’s physical and mental health improvement. In this review article, we will investigate the various economic aspects of sport.
