Abstract :
Using Strategic Management Techniques brings about a situation in which we can develop suitable strategies that enable the organization in the field of decision making and implementation toward achieving organizational goals and objectives through meticulous observation of environmental changes and also clever analysis of threats and opportunities, beside internal capabilities and weaknesses. Therefore in this paper at first we have tried to identify the organization week points and strengths carefully.To do so we have held several meetings with managers and personnel of the organization and made a list of these internal factors from their point of view. Then by means of paired comparison and based on expertsʹ opinions these factors were sorted according to their importance and efficacy. Analyzing the market, customers, competitors, and political–social-cultural situation of the society and expertsʹ ideas, also for environmental threats and opportunities the same method was applied. The output of these evaluations led to construction of External Factors Evaluation (EFE) and Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) matrixes. In the next step, based on the information extracted from these matrixes the SWOT matrix was formed and it was concluded that the company is located in Conservative area of the SWOT matrix, which also was double checked through QSPM matrix and confirmed for the second time The results showed that strategy of extensive advertising and marketing by means of brand reputation and validity among the powerful network of customers gained the highest score and therefore, became the top priority. Finally based on research results and analysis some strategic recommendations and suggestions were given for better conduction of the organization goals.
