The relationship between employee’s creativity and Understanding the Impact of ICT in Kerman pegah factory

Nowadays, the importance of information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its effects on business is dramatically increased. Efficient and effective exploitation of information is the most important advances in modern business. So how operating procedures and information management application will determine the fate of a company or organization. Research’s show that organizations that have used information and Communication Technology (ICT) fully in their departments are able to compete more effectively. Indeed the rapid changes in environment with growing in organizations information has led to more attention to the ICT. ICT as a source of innovation in products and services be considered. But in many countries, especially developing countries make full use of ICT as a major change has been met with resistance. since the high level of creativity is an important component to embrace changes and applying novel methods among people, Therefore, the aim of the present research is to study the relationship between creativity and Understanding the Impact of ICT among kerman pegah factory employees(both Milk and Ice Cream) . To collect information, creativity and the benefits of using information and communication technologies questionnaires were given to the 50 employees of Kerman pegah factory (Milk and Ice Cream) .Obtained data was analyzed using parametric and non-parametric methods including Pearson-Spearman correlation tests; scatter diagrams, frequency tables and regressions were used to show the results. Results revealed that there is a meaningful relationship between creativity and Understanding the Impact of ICT among Kerman pegah factory employees.
