Abstract :
Nowadays, human resource as a strategic and unique source are poorly viewed in most of our organizations, and neither are the application of purposeful and strategic educational and learning systems compatible with organizational prophecy, goals and strategies, and nor do most of our organizations consider the development, renovation and improvement of intellectual knowledge capital, and nurturing of the talented, self-educated human resource. However, powerful and important organizations manage and improve all the ability and potential capacities of their employees at individual, collective and organizational levels, for their exploitation, and try to increase their employeesʹ knowledge, skill, and capabilities through use of planned educational process. Empowerment via education as an organizational program enables the employees to apply their knowledge and skill in line with organizationʹs goals and strategies in a more effective way by promoting their mental and professional level. Educational planning aimed at empowering the employees is a leading cause of the organizationʹs fruition of the responsible, compatible, competitive, learning and creative man power. The purpose of the present article is to investigate the importance of education as a strategic source for the organizations, and also for the empowerment of man power.
