Abstract :
Thermal analysis methods are widely used to study crystallization kinetics in glasses. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of xLi2S–(1−x)Sb2S3, x=0–0.17 were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The activation energies, Ea, for crystal growth have been determined for glass samples with particle size of <75 μm. The phases at which the glasses crystallized after the thermal process have been identified by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis.
