Inductance spectroscopy characterization of Fe-rich and Co-rich amorphous alloys

Results of the inductance spectroscopy as a function of the annealing parameters are presented for FeZrB(Cu) samples and Co-rich samples. Dynamics of the domain walls in amorphous and nanocrystalline samples have been evaluated by the inductance spectroscopy formalism, and appears to be a useful technique to study the domain wall structure from the analysis of the reversible and irreversible movements of the domain walls.
