Crystal and molecular structure of di-tert-butylhydridosilanol

The single-crystal X-ray structure analysis is reported of t-Bu2SiH(OH). In the crystal lattice, four molecules of the title compound are connected via hydrogen bridges showing an eight-membered O4H4 ring structural motif.
