Abstract :
Highly diastereoselective intramolecular C–H bond activation at a prochiral sp3 carbon was achieved with a cationic iridium complex having an optically active heterochelate PN*(R) [PN*(R)=o-Ph2PC6H4CH2OCH2 ligand.
