Organotins and quantitative-structure activity/property relationships

Quantitative-structure activity/property relationships as related to organotin chemistry are presented in this review. The descriptors discussed ranged from physicochemical parameters to quantum chemical descriptors. Studies ranged from predicting biotoxicity to estimating chromatographic parameters. It is the intent that the review will provide the present state of knowledge and current trends in this area for a new investigator in this field.
