Abstract
Experimental results of direct current and low signal admittance obtained for a gold/copper phthalocyanine/gold system are presented. The observed asymmetry of direct current curves suggests that the electric transport is determined by the electrode-limited current and the efficiency of hole injection depends on the deposition order. In the case of hole injection through a more regular interface (i.e. when copper phthalocyanine was evaporated on gold) both the direct current and the low signal admittance measurements suggest that the current is determined by the Schottky–Richardson emission. The original model of low signal admittance for the Schottky–Richardson emission is presented.
