Abstract
Phosphate and oxynitride phosphate glasses are investigated using acoustic attenuation and dielectric relaxation spectroscopy supported by dc electric investigation. A suitable theoretical model and a mathematical fit of acoustic spectra, 3D representation of dielectric spectra and dc electrical measurements are used to characterize the relaxation processes and transport mechanisms connected with the mobility of conductive ions. Results obtained from acoustic and electrical measurements are compared showing the correlation between individual mechanisms.
