Abstract :
Complex semiconducting ceramic compositions were prepared. Structure, crystallite morphology, hardness and electrical conduction were investigated. After annealing at 150 °C a distinct crystalline phase was obtained and the ceramic became compact, hard, of higher resistivity, while preserving the basic semiconducting properties
