Abstract :
A chemiluminescent (CL) H2O2 sensor based on horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilized by sol–gel method was proposed in this article. A new process was suggested to prepare a crack-free sol–gel membrane. The sensor provided a long life time and showed a linear response toward H2O2, with a detection limit of 8 μM.
